You will turn sector themes into research our clients can act on.
The work
- Publish weekly notes on issuance, flows, and peer-set performance.
- Maintain the MJS Strategy fact base: results, leverage, and capital structures.
- Support mandates with company-specific diligence.
- Translate noisy commentary into something a pension trustee can read.
- Own one original model the partnership uses every week.
What you have already done
- 2–4 years in equity research or a top-tier analytical role.
- Writing that survives an editor who hates adjectives.
- Comfort with financial and market data.
- Right to work in the UK.
Fit
- You have a view on markets or monetary history, or both.
- You can steelman the bear case in one page.
- You would rather be precise than first.
