Compensation

How we handle pay

These roles are with our client companies, so the exact package is theirs to set. What is consistent is how the conversation about money is run.

01

You hear the range on the first call

Every search has a compensation range agreed with the client before it opens. We give it to you at the screening stage so you are never guessing, and neither are we.

02

The bonus is defined before you sign

What the target bonus is and how it is measured are written into the offer. You should not have to wait for your first review to find out how you get paid.

03

Remote roles are real remote roles

When a role is fully remote it says so and sits at the top of the list. When it needs you in an office, the posting says which one and how often.

04

Standard benefits, stated plainly

For US roles, medical and a 401(k). For UK roles, private medical and a pension. Leave is typically 22 days plus public holidays; the offer confirms it.

05

Equity when the client grants it

Some roles carry equity or a long-term incentive plan. When they do, the terms are in the offer memo in language you can actually read.

Compensation figures on individual postings, where shown, are the client's range and are confirmed in the written offer.
