MJS Strategy is an independent executive search and advisory firm. On any given search we are retained by, and act only for, the engaging client. We are not owned by a fund, a bank or an operating company.
We search, assess and place without regard to any protected characteristic. Candidates are measured against the written specification for the role and nothing else.
You apply, message us, or join the talent network through a short form on this site. What you send is stored as a file on a server the client controls, read only by the search team working on that role. We do not sell it or share it outside the search it relates to. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will.
After you submit the form we ask you to verify on LinkedIn, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We receive your profile information for verification only; we do not gain the ability to post or message as you. The "Apply with LinkedIn" link appears only on this site, never in an email from us, so a message that asks you to verify on LinkedIn by clicking a link is not from us.
