Clients and investors
The searches we are best at are the ones a board has been circling for months: the CFO who can take the company public, the IR lead who can hold a room, the operator who has actually done the thing this time. If that is where you are, start here.
A first conversation
One working session with the people who will interview. We want the role, the state of the company, the money and the internal politics on the table.
A written brief
We turn that into a hiring specification in plain language, with a compensation range. Nothing starts until you have signed it.
The search
We agree an off-limits list, map the real market for the role, and approach a named longlist. Usually fewer than forty people.
The close
A short slate argued in writing, references you can read yourself, and a written offer. We stay involved through the notice period.
