The work
- Run retained processes for IR, capital markets, and credit spokespeople.
- Scorecard interviews for composure under pressure, not slogans.
- Close compensation across cash, bonus, and equity without theatre.
- Protect off-limits. The market is small and talks.
What you have already done
- 6+ years recruiting in finance or professional services.
- You have closed a VP+ in capital markets or IR.
- Async written updates partners actually open.
