The work
- Own the candidate and partner surfaces: apply, desk, and role pages.
- Systematise type and chrome so we never look like a template.
- Prototype the interview loop and the receipt.
- Sit with search partners until the edge cases hurt.
What you have already done
- 7+ years product design; shipped a hiring, finance, or professional-services product.
- A portfolio that survives a dark room.
- You write. Figma without sentences is not a brief.
Fit
- You notice a bad radius the way a treasurer notices a bad number.
- You care about the whole flow, not just the hero screen.
