The work
- Ship the candidate graph, application flow, and partner workspace.
- Keep the stack boring: typed APIs, Postgres, and a UI that feels expensive.
- Instrument the funnel without turning people into rows.
- Own security for PII as if it were payroll data.
- Pair with search partners who will break every edge case.
What you have already done
- 5+ years full-stack; React and a serious backend.
- You have shipped a product with accounts, files, and audit logs.
- Taste. You notice type, spacing, and latency.
- Willingness to be on call the week a major mandate opens.
