The work
- Build the pipeline of analytics, software, and infrastructure targets.
- Run first-round diligence: quality of earnings, customer concentration, and strategic fit.
- Model accretion to earnings and free cash flow per share.
- Support integration of talent from acquired teams into client orgs.
- Keep a priced map of every peer's M&A activity.
What you have already done
- 2–4 years in TMT coverage, PE, or corporate development.
- A model you can defend without a pitchbook behind you.
- Curiosity about unit economics.
- Clearance to work in the US.
Fit
